Restricted withdrawals

My account has been restricted from buying and selling and withdrawals. They've been investigating and advised me to contact customer support. I answered their questions and submitted related proof. Nevertheless, they say the funds I acquired are suspected of being fraudulent. I simply bought this ETH from another person and had absolutely no concept the place the cash came from. Their current answer is to refund these allegedly fraudulent funds, but I need to know who will compensate me for my losses? I'm also a victim; that is outrageous!
