Good day, i’m planning on selling an previous iphone that i used binance on before, that account was then used on a new telephone but received suspended by Binance. My query is, if i sell the previous iphone, will binance detect that a suspended binance account was used on it before and HWID ban new accounts opened on it, if the brand new proprietor determine to use their account?
