Roll your own seed?

I recently bought a btc only bitbox02. If you're not familiar with this particular device, it allows you to generate your own seedphrase, ie. Rolling dice and a coin to determine your words. Now my question is how many of you actually do this or would suggest doing this. Especially since the bitbox uses 5 different entropy methods. The microcontroller, the secure element, your device password and 2 other things ..I can't recall exactly. The point is. Is the True Random Number Generator not good enough. They even say right on the website that it is not necessary to roll your own seed, it's just some individuals find it empowering to generate their own 24 words. I should also mention that I use a passphrase..so is it worth it to pay transaction fees and scratch out another 24 words into steel for using my own entropy for the seed.
