Samourai wallet - all remaining balance disappeared/spend on fees?

I'm kind of new to this, so hoping someone could assist me with this. My BTC balance became 0 after a transaction despite me not spending them all, and I don't know why.

For example:
I had 0.04003364 BTC total in my wallet.
My last transaction send amount was 0.0398 BTC.
I set up 0.00001362 BTC as a fee.
I should be left with 0.00022002 BTC in my wallet.
However, that's not what happened, and my wallet balance was set to 0's

After checking my transaction on blockchain.com, it seems like those 0.00022002 BTC were sent on a different wallet entirely, as in they are not part of the transaction fees or the requested send amount?

I have used samourai wallet for a long time now and never had an issue like that. But recently I had to create a new wallet, and both output transactions that I've made on this wallet resulted in some funds disappearing somewhere.

Granted, it's not that big amount, but I was planning on splitting the total amount into different outputs in the future, and I'm really afraid now that I could lose much more by doing so.

Could someone with more experience than me please check and tell me what exactly happened here?
