I already made a thread last week but had still hope that this would work out after all, today I wrote with support again and it is clear that it will not The story is that I made regular SEPA bank transfers to binance this month, but the last transfer wasnt accounted as SEPA apparently and I got deducted 20 GBP in fees, which is a lot if you transfer only 30β¬ I talked to my bank 3 times and have the written confirmation that they sent out a regular SEPA bank transfer and I have also scanned and sent that document to support, but binance insists that it was not a regular SEPA transfer. Of course I am not going to sue over that low amount of money, but I am still very pissed As you can see in the pic I did 3 transfers this month, all done exactly the same way from the same bank and the same account. The first two worked like you would expect a bank transfer to work, for the last one the money gets converted from β¬ to GBP and a 20GBP fee (GebΓΌhr = fee) is deducted for some reason. I regret having chosen binance as my first exchange and anyone reading this should choose something else if he can [link] [comments] |
