Scared

I am new to crypto, roughly 2 months in, and have invested a little under $8000. Most of that is in ETH and SOL. Avg cost for ETH is about $2245 and about $169 for SOL. I don’t think these are horrible avg costs, but the market it certainly far below these prices. The market is a scary place right now, and I am worried. I’m down roughly $2000. Will I get my money back? I know this is a question that can’t really be answered straight up, but I want to hear what the more experienced investors have to say. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
