Of course, I would prefer no-KYC, but fiat deposits kinda strikes off that idea. If there's an exchange that allow for onramp without KYC (maybe there's a DEX out there?) I would love to do that. But, if I must do KYC, I would prefer an exchange based in the US (as I am based in the US).
The only one that I can come up with that doesn't restrict against US is Coinbase (Kraken doesn't serve certain states).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
