SEC delays ETF

The SEC has gone overboard in their attack on the crypto industry. They have spared no effort or resource attempting to destroy crypto and harm investors. At every opportunity, Gary speaks out against the industry and disparages any semblance of good intentions within. Everybody involved is a criminal, or a scammer, or a con artist. Anybody associated with crypto in any way is in the crossfire of lawsuits and civil charges. And it seems that no matter how many judges or politicians call out Gary and his cronies, nothing happens and the attack continues.

So with that being said, we are expecting this very SAME organization to approve a spot Bitcoin ETF? Something which we know will help the crypto industry immensely? We are expecting the SEC, who is suing everyone and even non-human decentralized protocols to help us? I don't think theres a chance in hell that the ETF will ever get approved unless they are forced to do it. As in, somebody grabbing Gary's hand and physically forcing him to sign it...

Today's -5% tumble from over 27k to under 26k was likely caused by a mixture of bad inflation data, and the news headlines of the SEC delaying the Bitcoin ETF applications. As if the delay was a surprise to anyone. They WILL delay it as much as is legally possible before rejecting it again. The best we can hope for it that somebody will then sue the SEC, and a judge will force them to approve the applications.

The "land of the free" is just about the worst place on Earth to be involved in crypto because of the SEC. And people like us are powerless to do anything except watch as our industry gets pushed further and further behind. Guess we should all just stop being such criminal scamming con artists just for buying coins and expecting them to go up in value at a future time...
