Securing almost 1.0 Bitcoin now or wait for a small dip until ETF approval?

Hello guys. First time that I’m curious and kinda don’t know what to do! I have 8k on the sidelines which would bring me very very close to one bitcoin after the current 7% price rise! Yesterday I could have the remaining sats with the 8k to secure my 1.0 Bitcoin finally.. now after the price is rising it sucks a bit that the banks were closed yesterday in Germany because of New Year’s Eve. I couldn’t transfer the money to my exchange ans lost 1-2 mio sats due to the rise. Now I’m expecting a little downward until etf approval but as we all know, you can’t be sure about anything here.. only one day slowed it all down for me.. I know in the long term it won’t matter but I just want to share my emotions with you cause of the fact that my goal was so close and now it’s a little bit far away again..
