SECURITY REQUEST FOR 2FA NOT CHANGING

I recently reset my phone, and on downloading the app back, i could not get access to my 2FA. i failed security questions and got them at the same time, but i did not get a code, instead, i got this " Your security request has been submitted. Please remain patient while the information is being reviewed. You may check the status of the request later.". it has not changed status since and i do not have acces to my account. Please how can i solve this issue, or how long do i have to wait for my request to be processed so i can proceed. PLEASE HELP!!!
