Security Tip: Don’t let users here know which exchange you use

I see a lot of posts here asking which exchanges people use. And while it can be an innocent question from a new crypto user, it can also be a more intricate way of trying to access your exchange account.

Once malicious actors find out which exchange you’e on, they can cross reference your username in hopes of attempting to gain access that way. Once they have your username, it’s another piece of your security puzzle that they now have. Another reason that usernames are just as important as passwords
