Seeking a Dev for DAO construction.

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to connect with some Devs regarding the technical construction of a DAO.

I’ve got a live deal flow for a hotel. I want to launch a DAO that maintains equity in this business and build a smart contract that air drops rewards based on real time open sourced accounting.

The concept is this is a live transactional business. We build the tech stack where every time a credit card is swiped or the register is opened, it’s recorded in real time live on chain. I’d also like to live tweet and use a discord to let everyone know the decisions being made. That wouldn’t necessarily be for the decision making aspects of the business but just for the utmost transparency so I can prove DAOs in real business would work.

Based on the equity, DAO supporters would get the net profits on more than likely a quarterly basis.

Overall, I’m a business operator, so I don’t know the technical logistics of building the smart contracts. Any devs that join in and help build this thing will be incentivized as well.
