Selling is actually a lot harder than buying

I know i'm not alone in this, whenever i'm looking to invest in a new project or something, if i really like it i don't think it very much, i'm like YOLO and press that buy button, but when it comes to selling... Shit is hard man.

I wasted countless of profits because i'm always scared to sell, always thinking that it might get higher, just to watch it slowly dump until i'm red again, and now i still can't sell because i'm at a loss :(

This is something that always worries me, there must be a way to know when to sell, or i'm never gonna take profits, even if i managed to sell at profits i might fomo my way back in if it keeps going up lol

How do you guys do it? how do you decide, ok we're cool time to sell ????
