Sent ETHERIUM 24h ago, still not recieved

Can someone with more knowledge give me some conclusion to what the heck have gone wrong here.

TLDR:

Yesterday I sent 200$ to an acquainted friend via coinbase ETH. 24 hours later and this acquainted friend hasn't recieved the transaction.

What's gone wrong? Did we miss match the adresses? Did coinbase fuck me over? Was there an error in the transaction?

I'm bummed out and just lost for word since 200$ ment alot to me.
