Serious problem with verification

Hello, I have a problem with my verification on Binance.

I uploaded my ID card and it scened my face, to get verified. Next day I got a message and email, that the verification failed, because of ,,Uploaded selfie has significant difference from previous one" . I thought I did a bad scan of my face or my ID was blurred or with too much light.

I repeated it with high quality photo of the ID card a scened my face as good as I could, but then got email and message saying that I didn't pass the verification, because of the same problem like on the first try. It was really confusing because I followed all the instructions and did everything correct. I uploaded my passport and residence permit, with every document I literally tried to verificate myself like 5 times.

I really don't know what I am doing wrong. All reasons of the failed verifications was ,,Uploaded selfie has significant difference from previous one". Account is registered on me, I created it, I deposited money to it.

Binance blocked and suspended everything on it, until I get verified. Just to be sure, I transferred all crypto and real currencies to wallet outside Binance.

What should I do now? Should I still try to verify? Or cancel my account?
