Should i buy this dip?

And before you get to it- no,i dont need you to ask your crystal ball.

I saw a very detailed comment earlier explaining the situation with everngrade and how the exchanges and some of the markets are being closed right now due to holiday,and that when it opens investors will probably start cash out their shares and crash the price.

I have some money that i saved up in order to buy the dip, but everyday as i hesitate the price keeps dropping and i end up waiting another day.

Im fairly new (about half a year) to crypto and im an idiot,so i dont pretend to know better than people who have experience with the stock market and similar past situations.

so thats why i ask you guys,do you think that it is likely that china will Bail them out and we start seeing green again? or is the dip really is inevitable for the next few days?
