Should I ditch Ledger?

I am not super techy but slowly improving BTC knowledge. Did the right thing and moved everything off exchanges to Ledger. Wasnt panicking about the recovery feature controversy as didnt subscribe. But am now getting spam/phishing about ledger security which is worrying - have they had data breach?

So should I change for other cold wallet ? If so which one ? Super annoying having paid for/set up ledger. Just want simple long term no fuss solution.
