So I signed up back in January and I still cannot login. I check ever couple of weeks and it never works. It lets me login on the website BUT instantly logs me out and sends me back to the login screen, yet clearly accepts the password.
The mobile app is even more trash, it just says it has had an error without saying WHAT that error is, and tells me I have a number of tries left.
How exactly does anyone get things fixed with this company? Cause you can't address them on Twitter and I've never gotten them to respond to an email.
