Small question about the binance visa card

Hey guys quick Q that i cant seem to find an answer for.

I'm interested in getting a binance visa card but for tax reasons i would need to know if i can also fund my card with fiat since paying with crypto would incur a 30% tax fee.

So if i can use the fiat i have for buying dips as a wallet for the card (and preferably disable crypto payments altogether) but still get the cashback in crypto that would be awesome.
