So, my mum asked me to help her buy Bitcoin.

I'm proud to be the son of a woman who wants to buy Bitcoin because of the tech ???? Even though she isn't very tech savvy.

Since I've been struggling for the last three years myself to go down the rabbit hole, I'd like to kindly ask you for your opinion and experience on how to help someone start.

From my own experience, I'm sure to talk about DYOR, DCA, and "not your keys, not your coins" first. But there will come a point where we have to choose software and hardware to go ahead.

So, the following questions are bothering my soul today. - What can I ask a person to get an idea of what software and hardware will fit? - Did you help someone too? And do you have any nice stories, thoughts, or tips to share? - In what way has it affected your relationship with the person you're supporting? - What software/hardware would you choose?
