Time on the chain is out of sync with reality. In PoS accurate time-keeping is usually a critical function to prevent consensus level attacks.
I dont know Solana's tech closely enough (why bother) but this is a bad sign.
Even if its not so much of an issue, as the article says the number of epochs per year is wrong, which makes the coin issuance rate wrong, staking rewards are also off base (lower).
It seemed obvious from the start a 400ms block-time would be unsustainable, and what a suprise, it is. Not being able to achieve a 400ms slot-time is even worse.
Kudos to any SOL holders, you must have balls of steel.
