Some help withdrawing from Bittrex

Hi all, I'm not well versed in this, but my account on Bittrex is closing down since they filed for bankruptcy.

I want to transfer a little Ethereum to my Kraken account, where for a deposit I have to make two choices:

Network, choice of: - Arbitrum - Ethereum - Optimism - Polygon

Method: - Native - Smart Contract

I'm guessing to select Ethereum and Native, but I would like to make sure. Can't find details when using Google.
