I'm a Binance user from India, and I've been pretty happy with the platform. It is my number one platform of choice and in addition to trading, I also use their savings & earnings features. However, I see a lot of posts about people struggling with support and getting their money back. Most of these are for Binance U.S., some for regular ol' Binance. I have some questions and I was hoping someone with more knowledge could help me:
What is the deal with Binance & Binance U.S.?
Why can't Binance help the people struggling with Binance U.S.?
Do any users of the normal Binance have issues with withdrawals and getting locked out of their accounts?
Do any users of the normal Binance have any issues getting customer support in the event of a crisis?
Can I stay on the platform or should I switch to something else? (I've heard horror stories for nearly every platform out there and don't know what to think)
