Someone Hacked my account and Withdraw all assets !

They hacked my account , they changed the password and the associated phone number and they withdraw allmost all what i had , it was not much but how can this be possible ??? wtf is going on ? is that easy to hack a account in these days or you security is not enough ? i had all verification enabled but the only message that i got is that someone tried to reset the password and nothing more . I lost money and trust with you .Happend so fast and is so absurd to be that easy . i dont know if i will ever invest money in you. The phone number associated is the one that hacked me and withdraw all the assets.
