Spark airdrop for U.S. users with XRP in Binance.com during the Flare snapshot

I'm creating this post to see if anyone has any ideas, advice, or solutions for people in the U.S. that had XRP in Binance.com (not Binance US) during the Flare Snapshot (December 12th, 2020) in order to claim Spark tokens from the airdrop. I know it's extremely unlikely we will get the airdrop but just wondering if there's anything that can be done at this point.

If you're just here to shame the U.S. users that had XRP in Binance in December 2020 please don't waste your time. We know "not your keys, not your crypto." We know it's our mistake and we already feel very bad about the money we are likely losing out on. By the way I never received any emails from Binance stating my account was being suspended.
