Staked coins disappear from portfolio?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently having a fight with the CS. The agents say that I should always be able to see my coins in my portfolio, but I keep assuring them that every time I stak coins, they disappear from there and I can only see them when the staking period is over.

Anyone else? Is it just me? Thanks in advance!

ETA: I'll just do a quick edit to explain that while I appreaciate all the comments, I'm not asking 'where my staked coins went' hahah call this a survey if you will, but the question is: are you guys able to see your staked coins in the portfolio?

My answer is: no, I'm not and I have never been - at least until today. I use the lite version and I'm not in the US if that helps. The only 2 coins I have are ADA and VET, in case that has any relevance.

You all feel free to tell me what you see but I gave up on CS, they just called me a liar and contradicted each other until I got tired and took my coins out.
