Step into the position of the Prop 16 JUNO Whale. You have 3 days left before your $100 million+ ill-gotten gains are potentially clawed back. What do you do?

For anyone who is not aware, there is an individual who gamed the system on the Cosmos Network to receive way more JUNO in the airdrop than was set forth in anti-whale guidelines. The max was supposed to be 50K JUNO but he received enough to make his airdrop worth $100 Million+ by buying a lot of ATOM and spreading it to a lot of different wallets. He was found out after he sent it all to a single wallet.

He has been selling thousands in JUNO every day that he has received from staking rewards for the past 6 months. Proposition 16 would take back the JUNO except the 50K he was entitled to.

If JUNO is decentralized, How can they accomplish this? Because the whale has his JUNO staked to the network in order to receive those precious staking rewards.

If you stake JUNO, it takes 28 days to unbond and there is NO getting around the waiting period. Its written in the code. The JUNO whale is at the mercy of this vote...
