For the 4 people that remember me, and for some reason followed me, welcome back. For everyone else, I made a portfolio simulation june 29th of last year with 4 portfolios. Here's the portfolio data Portfolio 1 is just a few etf funds, if you don't know what that is why are you investing. Portfolio 2 is a ton of technology stocks. Portfolio 3 is just chaos, portfolio 4 is crypto. I tried to make the best portfolio's given to me at the time, although with 10 months of knowledge I regret picking 90% of the stocks I chose. I only did bitcoin and eth because google sheets at the time only supported data for those two, and I'm not a Microsoft shill paying for excel. So here are the totals for each portfolio. Currently, all portfolios are at a loss: Portfolio 4 at a 22% loss Portfolio 3 at a 16% loss Portfolio 1 at an 8% loss Portfolio 2 at a 6% loss we're at a total loss of about 12.5%. Honestly, I expected worse since I included portfolio 3 basically as dead weight and as a joke. 4 red weeks in a row. The most red weeks in a row was from Nov. to late dec. at 6. I wonder if we can beat that. notice from may of 2021 to December of 2021 we seemed to have waves of up and down, up and down. But it looks like afterward, we still have those waves, but the equilibrium is negative, meaning we tend to move down even during good weeks., and the bad weeks are worse. Well, here's hoping that this experiment flips and does a 180 and suddenly is in a profit! (no this isn't real money being spent.. this is a simulation). [link] [comments] |
