StrikeBTC Support Slow Response, No Closure, Funds Held Hostage

Hey everyone!

I'm here to vent about my frustrating experience with the support team of u/strikebtc Strikebtc app. Let me tell you, it's been a nightmare.

I been using the App from February 2024. it was great before for doing investment on buying and transfer from My bank account and convert it into Bitcoin. no issue on withdrawal everything was great before.
then around mid - end February after I message them just asking around the account limit upgrade. next day on 03/21/2024 account got restricted with my assets still there.

So I contact with support again and they request ID document for Verify me back. I Submit the ID, Selfie everything requested next day. on 3/25/2024 they reply the email and say account termination. try login app it say account close with my fund still there!

I try to reach the Support Phone 800-895-6045 it just machine telling me to reach them through email back. now it's almost three month's and yet when last week I mail them again only got this reply :

While I understand that there may have been reasons for this action. I am reaching out to request the refund of these remaining funds to my original bank account.

But the real kicker? Despite my repeated attempts to get a resolution, I'm still left hanging with no closure. To make matters worse, my funds are still stuck in limbo within the app.

It's beyond frustrating to feel like my money is being held hostage by a support team that seems either incapable or unwilling to help. The lack of transparency and communication is appalling, to say the least.

I really don't want to saying this but it seem sketchy right now from their side more like avoiding customer while they close the account. According to what i get from searching online about similar case like this, after closing my account the app or brokerage crypto or any other investment platform, any remaining balance should have been sent back to my origin bank account after 60-90 days+. Well, guess what? That hasn't happened.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues with StrikeBTC or any other crypto service? How did you manage to resolve it, if at all? I'm at my wit's end here and could really use some advice or solidarity.

Let's commiserate together and maybe even figure out a way to hold these companies accountable for their lackluster service. Thanks for listening to my rant,
