Stupid question from a new crypto enjoyer

Hey yall ! Is it better to cash out all my Bitcoin, ETH, etc., and then keep the amount that i wanted to keep and put the rest back or only cash out the amount that i want specifically (for example, cashing out only 50$ out of my 150$ in the crypto instead of cashing out the whole 150$ and putting the 100$ back in) ?

Because i like having a round number in my coins (100, 200, 500, 1000$… etc) and well what i thought to do was to cash out all of it and then put back what i dont want to keep.

Will i lose more money because of the fees and all that if i cash out all of it ?
