Been accumulating btc for around 6 months about 3-4000gbp worth.
Today I went to try and buy another 100 gbp worth and was denied the ability to deposit funds into my account and was presented with a new addition KYC to complete.
Doesn’t accept my drivers licence and my passport is out of date. The website of the authentication service says it accepts drivers licence but just continually denies me.
At this point I’ve opened an account with kraken and think I’ll be moving my funds there but I’m just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Support doesn’t give two fucks and told me to use a valid ID. kraken accepted my ID within 30 seconds the exact same ID that Binance states is invalid , how funny.
