Surviving off Crypto Debit Cards

Closed and cancelled all my credit cards a year ago cause I was Irresponsible with money when owning and using Credit cards and am automatically spending so much more and justifying it saying im earning miles in return. Been applying and using different crypto debit cards as I have a decent size portfolio of crypto and stables that I do not want to convert back to USD. Have tried Nexo, CDC and Offramp and had no issues travelling to Europe and South-East Asia just using these cards except on a single hotel which refused to have the authorization hold on a debit card

KYC was simple and fast enough, only heard about this card a month ago but have since brought it when travelling on a work trip in SEA. Was seamless linking with my Apple pay and payments went through 100% of the time, did not have to bring my card out the hotel. I didn’t keep too much balance on it at the moment, waiting on the features for interest earning for wallet balance to roll out before I keep a higher balance inside, thinking of allocating 40% of my USDC stables inside. Really hope the team build out to become what Nexo was in the past but I think they are definitely progressing in that direction

Foreign transaction fees were totally offsetted by my 2% cashback but in some countries the card got declined although I 100% have enough balance inside. Currently holding the “Royal Indigo & Jade Green” card, your cashback amount should be different depending on your tier. Higher tier cards offer even better cashback but require an insane amount of CRO staked. Been contemplating since forever whether to drop this card as Original benefits of the cards fizzled to a skeleton of what it once was. I’ve fully utilized the rebate on Spotify and Netflix so no hard feelings. Only thing is my Entry price for CRO was higher than it is now, so didn’t think I will want to sell at a loss. I still think its worth it if you are on a higher tier.

Anyone else here relying solely on crypto debit cards for travel or day-to-day expenses? What’s been your go-to card, and have you faced any major issues? Also, any recommendations for new cards I should try out? I saw a convo about Respan crypto card which looked interesting but can't seem to locate their site
