Absurd debate with "support". This is beyond any logic.
That is the current state of Binance!
They do not have reserves of xlm. They sell paper xlm, as they did with xmr. Now users take a lot of xlm out the exchange and they simply stopped them, since they do not actually have xlm. Most simple and most likely scenario (Occams razor).
Other option is their fairy-tale: Updating xlm netowrk is taking more than week and nobody knows when the update will be possible. Absurdity!
