Swan, River or alternative for constant small transactions?

I used Strike for direct deposits until they stopped offering that service. Since then I haven't bought any btc but want to get back to my constant DCA habits. I try to keep my checking accounts at basically $0 unless something major is coming up, so I'll be doing a bunch of transfers and buys to whichever service I use.

I'm looking for a service with a good spread, Strike's has gotten to be around 1% so that's out. Also relatively low fees for buying and withdrawing btc so Cashapp is out. I've been reading recent posts and people have been mentioning Swan and River a lot, but are there any others with low spread + low fees to buy and withdraw?
