swift payment in p2p trading

i wanna sell some crypto using p2p

i wanna receive money using swift transfer which takes a couple days to process

if the buyer wants me to release coins after he send sends me a picture of the receipt of the transfer can he cancel the transfer before it reaches my bank?

so should i release the coins before the money reaches me or should i search for a new buyer?

also if someone has a better method of receiving money in 3rd world countries please tell me
