Taking Bitcoin in the UK

I have a large property portfolio and i wanted to offer my tenants to pay rent in crypto. I was thinking of offering an incentive such as a 5% discount. How would i best acheive this without them having to go through all the kyc etc etc just to set up an account at an exchange.

Is there an easy way to do this. So they can pay by card and it converts it into crypto.

I am in the UK.
