Taking profit after 8 years. What are your trading strategies?

Everyone talks about what to buy and when to buy, but I've held for 8 years, I want to take profit this bull run. i'm thinking 30% to meet my cost basis. I"m reading and learning about the 4 year cycle, about the pre halving rally and the post halving rally, which will then apparently lead to the parabolic upswing before crashing. I've heard that when your co workers and friends are asking about buying that is when i should sell.

I just feel overwhelmed with information and data and I feel I will go by my own instinct which isn't ideal,

So for anyone who is in a similar situation what is your plan this time?
