Task Reward for completing the KYC procedure.

I received a task for completing the KYC procedure and the reward was 100$ in USDT. So I completed it within the deadline , I waited 4 hours so it confirms what I have done and when I try to claim it it still says "Reward already Fully Redeemed" , but I have not received a cashback voucher anywhere. When I click "view rules" it says that I can only receive my reward if I complete the task " First-Come-First-Served " , but I do not have such a task in the task center. Also how would I be able to "receive" the reward when I am not sure I have completed that task. I have already checked the reward center and there is nothing. Please help.
