Terms of use API

Are there phrases of use for the API? I am curious if I can use the info obtained from the api, reminiscent of out there devices or staking, on my web site with out breaking the principles of the change and exposing myself to a ban. What about business use with paid purposes? I solely found this notice at Convert Endpoints section:
