So recently Tether just tweeted that they will coordinate with a 3rd party to perform a chain swap, converting from Solana to Ethereum ERC20, for $1B USDT. The total supply will not change during this process.
Well I don't know what's going to happen and what this means for Solana because $1 Billion is not that much big but it feels like projects generally are slowly drifting away from Solana and also they are doing this at the same time when some of the exchanges have refused to have USDT on Solana recently.
