The effect of a global economic recession/crisis on crypto

There are many indications that signal that the world is about to undergo a global recession. By this point we've really felt the affect COVID has had on the market, it's not been great, after people's stimulus checks stopped arriving and COVID didn't go away, we saw a big downturn. I was itching to sell because I could see that we were about to undergo a crash. However regretfully I didn't, I'm still up on my investments in crypto but im getting the same feeling again, impending economic collapse

Russia is attacking Ukraine and we've seen instant indications like the price of oil and other things skyrocket, this might be the beginning of a large economic collapse.

So downvote me if you want because I know this is not the hopium that we come here for, but I'm interested in what people's thoughts on this are, do you think crypto has hit a price floor already in the past few months.

This is obviously a unique case because it's plain to see crypto is currently undergoing a Sociopolitical movement. People don't trust banks anymore, countries are reconsidering their investments in US treasury bonds and looking for alternatives. Cryptos momentum is huge right now and this is starting to reflect in the charts.

I'm sitting on the fence about it as I'm sure many of you are, trying to develop a strategy in case the worst happens, and everyone pulls their capital out of crypto being that high risk investments are the first to go.

I haven't seen much mention of this on the sub and I'd like to see what people's thoughts are.
