the email verification is horrible, how do i fix this?

iv been trying to log in into binance for 2 days now, for some reason the history of me loggin in on my network is forgotten. so i get the email that there was a log in attempt on a unknown network, but i dont get the mail with the verification code.

iv looked on the internet and alot of people have this problem, this is happening already for years. and still they didnt fix this. contacting them about this seems impossible, from reading the situation of people online they dont react anyway.

thanks you binance, please take responsibility. it is not hard to fix this, especially with the money you guys make. just a little investment.
