The Fact That Crypto People Worship "Leaders" Show That This Industry Is Never Decentralized

many of the top projects are massively centralized in the hands of few VCs and crypto companies such as a16z, binance, coinbase, alameda, and others. They are usually the same few amount of people controlling all the top projects with their behind the door deals with each other.

And it baffles me how crypto traders always talk about decentralization yet the concentration of wealth in crypto surpass the concentration of wealth in even traditional industries. Why nobody talks about the double standard? why is it not okay for central banks to control dollar but it is okay for the same usual suspects in crypto to control crypto projects?
