The Hinman documents : How the Ripple Lawsuit might stop the "securities" drama and why ETH was not mentioned as a security

The SEC and Gensler have been going on an all out anti crypto war over the last week. Personally i find the timing rather interesting and that is because in 5 days the Hinman Documents are made public...

The Hinman documents might change the trajectory of the 2.5 year long case between SEC and Ripple.

Recently Ripple convinced the court to force the SEC to reveal the Hinman documents. Hinman is a former SEC director who reportedly stated that ETH is not a security because "it is sufficiently decentralized." But since the documents are sealed it is uncertain what is exactly ment by this statement. Ripple believes revealing this document can help them win their case.

Ripple winning this case could potentially be one of the most bullish catalysts to have impacted the crypto market. The public release was supposed to be June 6 but is now set for June 13.

On the same date the documents are made public the inflation figures are released for May and the next day interest rates are announced.

Personal view: I feel like the SEC is trying to make as much noise as they can to mitigate the impact of the documents release which will moat likely be bullish. Bullish because ETH is mentioned as not a security cause it is sufficiently decentralized, which likely means many more coina will fall under this category.

Remember also that about 60 coins were declared a security but ETH was not.
