I recently updated my security settings to include withdrawing only to a whitelisted addresses. Today I was moving some Stellar out but didn't have any XLM address whitelisted. So I went and added one from the settings page. After this I could immediately use this address so what is the point of whitelisting addresses from a security point of view?
Yeah it asked 2FA codes when adding a new address and also when moving funds out but I thought there would be a 24h timeout before it could be used.
