The new API IP Whitelist rules really mess me up (unless I've misunderstood them). Clarification appreciated!

I don't get this. Can anyone explain the reason for the change?

It's a real pain for people like me, on a dynamic IP, with no option for a static one from my ISP. There's also no other ISPs in my area.

If I forget to update the permissions every 30 days, it's going to lock me out, isn't it? This will break my software client and cause failed trades. AND with only 24 hours notice, and no prior consultation with the community!!!

I suggested to the Support team two years ago to add support for dyndns, and they said they were working on it. To roll out this change without dyndns is really thoughtless.
