The problem of bitcoin’s economy. “Lost bitcoins”. Is there a solution?

Naturally bitcoin will be fewer and fewer, because lost bitcoin can’t be recovered and bitcoin is finite. And at the long run because of it, the price increases and quantity decreases, and the economy of bitcoin is adjusted. But what if it reaches a point where most of it is lost. But it turns out that some are not really lost.

What I mean is: If the bitcoin economy is regularly adjusting the price based on lost bitcoins (supply and demand), then prices will increase as quantity decreases. And it can reach a certain point were quantity is so low that a few bitcoins (that are considered “lost”but not really) could effect the whole economy and collapse it. It’s vulnerable.

Scenario: let’s say most of it is lost and only two bitcoins remain, and one bitcoin is traded and owned by all of the community (it makes up the economy), meaning that the price of it is the price of the economy. But the second bitcoin is owned by a user who held bitcoin for years. And no one knew that it was not “lost”.

Mathematically: 1BC (the entire economy, regularly traded ) + 1BC (that is considered lost but not really) = 2BC.

Basic problem is that we do not know if a bitcoin is really lost or a user is just holding it for years. So how can bitcoin economy adjust its price?

Lost bitcoins that are not really lost but can reach a point where it can collapse the entire economy of bitcoin. If you say that lost bitcoins are part of the economy. Then theoretically based on the previous scenario, one user can own half of the economy.

Is this a problem? If yes, what is the solution?
