The truth and the "truth"

History is littered with wars and genocide carried out to defend versions of the "truth" by rulers and nation states. The people in power write their own versions of the "truth" and preach it. Humanity has never had an immutable chain of information like the bitcoin gives us via its blockchain. We can finally stop believing our rulers versions of the "truth" and start utilizing this immutable chain to protect and start recording the real truth. A truth guaranteed by proof of work mining and cryptographic hashing (math) ensuring absolute data integrity. It's in humanities best interest to protect this chain forever.
