Edit: the reason for this post is to highlight the correlation of the COPA trial and this "sudden" increase in strange youtube channels shilling craig wright and bsv. These guys are trying to use fear tactics to get you to buy something that they (wrongly) paint as bitcoin.
On crypto youtube there is a lot of reason not to trust any Youtuber in general, as they do tend to have a financial incentive to tell you pretty much anything they think of on the market, especially for coins with lower market capitalization.
But I could make a list of YouTubers that have fake likes, fake video views, fake comments, and fake everything else except for their own faces appearing on camera. You probably know some of those youtubers too...
Now what if I told you, there has been a -let's assume- coordinated attack on bitcoin / bitcoin devs / eth devs being made by an unknown entity that may or may not have ties to craig wright and calvin ayre.
How do we determine this?
1. Go to youtube. Search "BSV COPA" or "Craig Wright Copa" or something like that.
2. Take the channel and search for it on Socialblade.com
3. Check the history of how long it took for that channel to collect subscribers.
4. Most important: check the first uploaded video's date of upload to the channel you are investigating.
If you see a lot of people subscribe to the channel that you saw before the first video was uploaded, then there is a good chance that it was a channel that was clip-chimping to accumulate subscribers or simply bought fake subscribers. I saw some guy do this with justin bieber videos and clips and he forgot to private / delete / unlist all of those videos, then he suddenly started uploading crypto vids.
