Doing your research is the single most important thing in the crypto space, as there are soooooooo many scams and shady projects out there. Remember: Knowledge is power!
I will start with some general sources about crpyto knowledge and get more and more specific through this post. Getting into crypto is pretty difficult at first because there is simply so much to know so dont feel defeted if it takes some time to get an overview of this space. 100% of us needed some time and made dumb mistakes earlie on.
If you have any other sources please share them in the comments, lets all help each other to learn more!
Podcasts:
One of the best ways to keep up with the news in the crypto space are podcasts. The podcast i can recommend by far the most is Bankless:
https://open.spotify.com/show/41TNnXSv5ExcQSzEGLlGhy?si=fc6b7abbe8ac41ed
This podcast brings out episodes every few days and keeps up with all the news in the space and brings interviews with legens like Vitalik Buterin. Bankless is always a must listen in my opinion.

Another great one is the daily Gwei, but this one focuses only on the ethereum ecosystem:
https://open.spotify.com/show/0BzTvU6TsW7uvPMpZAsf3X?si=5830da9527704522
-------------------------------------------------------
The hosts of these podcasts are also all very good follows on twitter:
https://twitter.com/RyanSAdams
https://twitter.com/TrustlessState
-------------------------------------------------------
And if you want to hear some critical voices check out the crpyto critics corner podcast on spotify:
https://open.spotify.com/show/3AOBjDQWlzzVOtk1MGYgT4?si=b9ea6d25879744df
Twitter feeds:
Blockworks is a pretty cool crypto news feed on twitter that will keep you updated if you are not into podcasts:
https://twitter.com/Blockworks_
Very usefull websites/tools:
Pretty obvious but coinmarketcap is still a great tool to check supply/price/marketcap of coins:
-------------------------------------------------------
There are tons of blockchains and defi apps out there, but which ones are actually getting used and have valueable blockspace? Find out here:
While you are at it find out how high the daily issuance of different cryptos really is:
Lastley find out how much money is actually moved on different blockchains (in USD):https://money-movers.info/
-------------------------------------------------------
And while we are at it you can look up the fees of different Ethereum Layer 2s so that you have to never again pay the high fees of the Ethereum main net:
Whitepapers and subreddits:
Pretty much every serious project will have a whitepaper and these are of course well worth reading but remember that they might be a few years old at this point and dont necessarily reflect the current roadmap/status of a project.
All big coins also have subreddits which are very usefull for asking questions (like r/eth) but note that coin specifc subs tend to be echochambers so take anything from these subs with a grain of salt.
Youtube:
I tend to avoid crypto youtube like the plague because there are so many moonbois and scammers there but there are a few exceptions:
First of if you still have not watched the absolut Masterpiece "How does a Blockchain actually work" drop everything you are doing and do it right now: https://youtu.be/SSo_EIwHSd4
-------------------------------------------------------
If you know about all of the stuff i have recommended here and you STILL want to learn even more, awesome! The absolut deepest source of crypto knowledge i personally use are the Meetings of the Ethereum developer team which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/c/EthereumFoundation
TLDR: I dunno check out the stuff i guess Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
